FMAC THE IMPORTANCE OF MANNERS

The Measure of Manners. More Than Simple Words.

Why Teaching Manners to a Young Child is Important:

Children are the greatest resource our community has to offer. As young ambassadors, their behavior reflects on their teachers, parents, family, and culture. While still in the early stages of infancy, they learn by example, routine and practice. Great hurdles from crawling to walking, responding to cognitive voice and tactile mimicry, children will often repeat words taught to them but don’t distinguish the true value if not shown with an example. Associative transference makes learning manners effective and meaningful.

Manners and Respect:

Manners are an outward extension of respect and will provide your child with the confidence to show dignity, empathy, and honesty to everyone. Proper greeting, following rules without questioning authority and growing self-esteem are signs of a wonderfully nurtured child and is one of the cornerstones of our methodology at FMAC.

Because we are a family run community committed dojo and martial arts center, we work hard with our instructors to maintain a level of trust, care, and involvement when it comes to teaching manners within our class environments. By following the right path, your children will grow wise, healthy, and true to their core. What better “thank you” to parents, family, peers, and community leaders than a perfectly rounded new generation?

Manners, Society, Respect, and Wisdom:

The benefits are boundless within our Martial Arts center. Reaching far beyond free introductory lessons or a Gi uniform, our students are instilled with deep inner focus tips, top- notch physical training, and learning the optimum value of manners. These techniques will grow as a moral compass throughout their entire life. Let FMAC be right beside them all the way. With our combined effort with you, your children will outshine the brightest stars.

Thank you.
