After the peril of the recent pandemic, we are all excited to get back into action. Although we will continue to offer online options, we are also pleased to offer more onsite classes, rigorous certifications, workouts, and family-themed and styled leads ins for all ages and levels, from preschoolers to golden-aged retirees.

Need more incentive? You can be treated to our annual fundraising event where all donations, big or small, are 100 percent gifted back to our community and resources that can benefit from our goodwill. Our FMAC CARES coalition is holding the annual Kick-A-Thon challenge on Saturday, September 17th.
All participants will be asked to collect pledges and sponsorships and then, beginning at 1:00 p.m., at our 865 Merriam Avenue location, will start their individual goals of 1000 kicks.
Whether you wish to pledge, volunteer, or even participate, we would be honored to have you stand with us as we provide funding for basic amenities to our neighbors in need. Our foundation supports school supplies for local public schools. In addition, it promotes and assists local boy and girl scout troops, after-disaster emergency clothing replacements, and those less fortunate who are affected by unforeseen emergencies.

Our pro-shop provides extra gear and our belt certification exams ensure you advance with all the proper prerequisite training for your safety.
Children of all ages thrive in our creative and attention retention peer settings or, if needed, our smaller and singular tutoring well-suited for autistic, behaviorally challenged, or bullied child. Learning coping skills that will integrate them into society with success and self-esteem will change their lives and affect those who interact with them.
